Massage Therapy at Athens Natural Medicine

Tara Faragoza is a certified medical massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue, prenatal, Tuina (Chinese medical massage), and acupressure massage techniques. Medical massage focuses on maintaining healthy joint function, normalizing soft tissue function, and providing pain relief from sciatica, TMD, tendonitis, low back pain, and frozen shoulder. Massage also provides an overall sense of well being and nurturing in times of emotional and mental stress.

Tara attended the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is certified by the American Medical Massage Association and practices out of Athens Natural Medicine. Tara also offers a line of handmade skin care products including lotions and salves made from organic, chemical free ingredients.
